End-User License Agreement

This EULA licences the STORAQ client software you download from get.storaqapp.com or obtain from an official store listing we control.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use one copy of the software on devices you own or control, solely to access the STORAQ service. All other rights are reserved.

Restrictions

You may not rent, sell, or sublicence the software, remove proprietary notices, or use it to build a competing client that copies our APIs in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. Reverse engineering is allowed only where a mandatory law grants that right and only to the extent that law requires.

Updates

We may provide updates that replace previous versions. An update may be required to keep using the service. Older builds may stop working when the API changes.

Open source

The software may include components under open-source licences. Those licences govern those components. If there is a conflict, the open-source licence controls for that component.

Termination

This licence ends if you breach it or if your account is closed. You must delete copies of the software when the licence ends, except copies you must keep by law.

No warranty

The software is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it is error-free or that it will work with every device. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those places the disclaimer applies only to the extent permitted.
