Build a basket from your catalog, adjust quantities, and apply the discounts and taxes your role allows. Local work waits for reconnection; online discovery, chat, live customer orders and credit sales remain connected workflows. Cloud synchronization and capacity depend on the store plan.
How the workflow fits together
- Sign in, select your store and prepare its local catalog while connected.
- Add products, review the total and complete the counter sale.
- Keep the local receipt and reconnect when you can to synchronize eligible pending work.
Common questions
Can I try offline checkout before installing?
Yes. The browser playground lets you disconnect the sample counter, create a queued receipt and reconnect. It uses temporary sample data.
Is this a web-only POS?
No. STORAQ has official Android and Windows applications. The website playground is a simplified demonstration, not the installed app.
