Connect the customer’s order to store preparation and the handoff that follows.
Customers and stores need more than a product list when an order is being prepared. STORAQ brings order context, store work and supported delivery or pickup workflows together, with conversations close to the order.
The available handoff depends on the store’s services and configuration. A shop that does not offer delivery should not be presented as a delivery business. Live customer orders and delivery activity require internet access; they are distinct from a local counter sale.

Common questions
Can I try both customer and store roles?
Yes. Place a sample customer order, accept it as the store and move it through preparation and delivery or pickup.
When does the sample stock change?
The playground reserves the ordered stock when you accept the order, restores it on an eligible cancellation and creates a receipt on completion.
